WABASH AVE RENOVATION, 2023

This 4500 SF historic home was once converted into four illegal apartments with dangerous conditions. My job was to fully renovate it and restore it to its former 1890s glory in the Washington Park neighborhood.

The new home is spacious by utilizing an open plan with subtle traditional features that help conceal structural/MEP necessities. An enclosed porch in the rear has been removed to allow space for an exterior deck and Juliet balcony in the primary bedroom above.
